WHAT IS STONE COLD SOBER ALL ABOUT?

We are a 'Life Transforming' SOBER & conscious Retreat, Event & Festival company. We are the 'rocket up your arse' you need to propel you towards Self-Realisation and Enlightenment. With a 'no nonsense' approach in all that we do, our intention as a business is to UNLEASH YOUR INNER FIRE, by activating your heart, opening you up to the beauty that is within you and taking a moment to realise who you truly are and what you really want from this incarnation.

CAN I JUST COME FOR THE DAY?

YES there are say tickets available for each day 

​

ARE DOGS ALLOWED?

Do not bring dogs, cats or other animals however well trained, small or cute. We will simply ask you to leave with them. Personal assistance dogs are permitted, as long as a request is given to the festival in advance and approved. Then it is permitted to walk around the site on a lead when working as long as they are identified as such and the owner takes responsibility for clearing up after them.

WHERE IS THE FESTIVAL?

WHAT TIME CAN WE ARRIVE FROM ?

The festival officially gates open at 8am on the 17th June, we are happy if you would like to arrive from the 16th June after 5pm  to settle into the festival. Please do not arrive before 8am or later 9:00pm on each day as the gates will be closed for the evening and the welcome hub won't be open.

WHAT TIME DO WE NEED TO BE PACKED UP AND LEFT BY?

The festival officially closes on the evening of the afternoon 21st June, everyone needs to be packed and to have left the site by no later than 10am on the 22nd June.

WHAT IF I FORGET MY TICKET?

Try not to worry, but please try to print or save your ticket on your phone. If you do forget your ticket we will need to see some ID. If someone else has booked a ticket for you , you will need to arrive with them otherwise you will not be able to gain entry.

CAN WE BRING MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS? 

We welcome you to bring any acoustic instruments to the festival and especially drums as we would love to celebrate the solstice together as one big HUGE drumming circles.

AS YOU ARE A VEGAN FESTIVAL CAN WE COOK MEAT? 

100% NO!!! Stone Cold Sober is a VEGAN run event company please respect that. All food vendors will be vegan. We ask you not to bring meat or any animal products onto the site. We promise you will not go hungry and your taste buds will come alive from the food we have on offer!

WHAT ARE WE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING

Alcohol 

Psychedelic drugs or recreational drugs of any kind. 

Disposable bbq

Bad attitudes

DO YOU ALLOW CAMPERVANS & CARAVANS?

We do allow campervans and caravans you can booked your van ticket for £10. Please note that if you do bring a caravan that we do not have and hook up facilities.

WILL WE BE ABLE TO PAY BY CARD ON SITE OR CASH ONLY?

Pretty much all workshops are included in the cost of the weekend ticket, expect a couple that will be announced on socials but these can be booked prior to your arrival. You will need cash & card for food, 1:1 healing , stalls. If some 1:1 healers require cash and there are cash points not to far from the site, alternatively they may allow a paypal or bank transfer. But with all these things cash is king so please bring plenty!!!!!

CAN WE BRING CAMPING STOVES & BBQ'S?

Do not bring disposable BBQ's. if you are camping please bring a BBQ that has stands, as we do not want to harm

the nature around us and cause a fire. Disposable BBQ's are not permitted. You can bring Camping Stoves but please don't use them inside the tents.

CAN I SMOKE IN THE GLAMPING TENTS?

No, this is not permitted. Anyone caught smoking within the tents will be asked to leave the site with immediate effect. We cannot prevent you from smoking tobacco outside however as it is a holistic festival, we asked you to be mindful of those around you and maybe try to refrain for the duration. Wouldn't that create a magical transformation!!!!

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WHEN I AM GLAMPING? 

You need to bring

- all bedding (bed sheets, duvet , pillows and duvet cover)

- torch, cutlery, water bottles

DO YOU HAVE POT WASHING FACILITAIES ON SITE? 

There are mobile sinks in the fields as well as drinking water, cold water only! But if you have a stove you can use it to heat water to wash up with. 

 

START TIMES & FINISH EACH DAY FOR DAY PASSES 

SATURDAY 17TH JUNE - THE FESTIVAL STARTS AT 8AM. PLEASE ARRIVE FROM THIS TIME. FINISHING AROUND 10PM

SUNDAY 18TH JUNE - WE GENTLY START THE DAY AROUND 8:00AM FINISHING AROUND 10:00PM

MONDAY 19TH JUNE - WE GENTLY START THE DAY AROUND 8:00AM FINISHING AROUND 10:00PM

TUESDAY 20TH JUNE - WE GENTLY START THE DAY AROUND 8:00AM FINISHING AROUND 10:00PM

WEDNESDAY 21ST JUNE - WE WILL START FROM 4AM TO CELEBRATE THE SOLSTICE (YOU MAY HAVE STAYED UP ALL NIGHT) FINISHING AROUND MIDDAY 

THURSDAY 22ND JUNE - EVERYONE OFF SITE BY 10AM

IS THERE WIFI ON SITE & phone charging 

THERE IS NO WIFI ON site this is a beautiful opportunity to disconnect and be fully present. You can charge your phone in the SCS HUB but it would be at your own risk as we cannot be responsible for any loss of your phone

 

WHATS AVAILABLE 

Toilets, showers, lake and sink to wash your cutlery and cold water is available for drinking. There will be vegan food vendors offering food and drinks for sale. 

 

CAN I MAKE NOISE LATE AT NIGHT? 

The festival is neither a silent retreat nor an all-night party, so we ask you to consider our position on both extremes. All music and amplified sound needs to stop at 10:30pm each evening. â€‹

AM I ALLOWED TO BRING DRUGS & ALCOHOL?

We are a sober, recreational drug and alcohol-free company. Please do not bring any alcohol on site, anyone caught drinking or taking drugs will be asking to leave the festival immediately.  

 

CAN I SWIM IN THE LAKE

We have a beautiful OPEN water LAKE at our festival, which all festival attendees are welcome to use at your own risk. We cannot be insured for an OPEN lake, much the same as going to swim at the seaside. Children must not enter or be around the water without a parent or guardian. Stone Cold Sober hold no responsibility for anyone entering the lake, it is at the festival attendees own risk! ​

 

WHAT IF I FORGET MY YOGA MAT? 

We will be selling yoga mats on site for £60 if you forget yours. They are the best mats on the market for the price by far after Liam & Joanna tried and testing over 30 mats! â€‹

 

CAN I BRING PLASTIC BOTTLES TO THE FESTIVAL & RUBBISH 

We ask if possible that you bring a water bottle that is personal to you. There are drinking water points on the campsite where you can collect drinking water for your consumption. Please try to bring your own water bottle and reduce the number of plastic bottles used on site. â€‹You WILL BE ASKED to take all your own RUBBISH away with you.
